๐Ÿ”‡ Quiet Hours

10:00 PM โ€“ 8:00 AM daily. Keep noise to a minimum to respect your neighbors.

๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Trash & Recycling

Pickup is Tuesday. Put trash out by 6 AM. Use proper bags and bins. No loose trash in hallways.

๐Ÿš— Parking

Park only in your assigned spot. Visitor parking in designated areas only. No blocking driveways or fire lanes.

๐Ÿ• Pets

Pets must be approved in writing. Pet deposit required. Clean up after your pet immediately. No aggressive breeds.

๐Ÿšญ Smoking

No smoking inside the building or within 25 feet of entrances. This includes vaping and marijuana.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Guests

Guests staying more than 7 consecutive days must be reported to management. You are responsible for your guests' behavior.

๐Ÿ”’ Security

Keep entry doors closed and locked. Do not prop doors open. Do not give keys or codes to non-residents.

๐Ÿ  Unit Care

Report maintenance issues promptly. Do not make alterations without written approval. Keep unit clean and sanitary.

๐Ÿšš Move-Out Procedures
  • Provide 30 days written notice before lease end
  • Schedule a move-out inspection with management
  • Return all keys and access devices
  • Leave unit in broom-clean condition
  • Provide forwarding address for security deposit return

Security deposit will be returned within 30 days, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear.
